1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Blue Oracle portal and related notification services (the “Service”). By accessing the Service or enrolling to receive notifications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

Blue Oracle provides operational monitoring, reporting, and alerting for remote water and wastewater treatment systems. Access is provided to authorized users of organizations that subscribe to the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By adding and verifying a mobile phone number in the portal, you consent to receive automated text messages from Blue Oracle, including one-time verification codes and operational alerts for the systems you are authorized to monitor.

• Program description: account verification and operational/critical system alerts.
• Message frequency varies based on system activity and your configured alert preferences.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• To opt out, reply STOPto any message, or disable/remove the number in the portal’s Notification Settings. After opting out you will no longer receive SMS alerts to that number.
• For help, reply HELP or email support@blueoracle.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it in violation of applicable laws or the rights of others.

5. Alerts Are Not a Substitute for Direct Monitoring

Notifications are provided to assist operators but may be delayed, filtered, or undelivered due to factors outside our control, including carrier and network conditions. You should not rely solely on the Service for the safe operation of critical infrastructure.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Oracle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
